Information you choose to provide
The consultation form requires your name, phone number, and email address so the firm can respond to your inquiry. You may also select a general type of legal issue and provide a brief message, such as the court or county involved or an upcoming date. These two fields are optional. Do not submit confidential case facts, other people’s private information, documents, or sensitive personal information through this form.
How information is used
The firm uses inquiry information to respond to your request, determine whether it may be able to help, and manage follow-up about your request. Submitting the form or contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm must confirm that it can accept a matter before representation begins.
Website and inquiry service providers
Vercel hosts this website. The consultation form and inquiry management use HighLevel, configured by Minnesota Marketing to route requests to the firm. The contact page links to Google Maps for directions; the map opens only when you follow that link. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, including IP addresses, browser information, and other technical data.
Spam protection
The HighLevel consultation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile processes basic browser and connection information, including IP addresses, to distinguish people from automated traffic. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Embedded content and cookies
The HighLevel form may use cookies or similar technologies as part of its service. If you open a Google Maps link, Google may use cookies or similar technologies on its own service. Additional provider information is available in the HighLevel privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Hosting information is available in the Vercel privacy policy.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand which public pages visitors use and how they find the website. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information, such as browser and device information, approximate location, and website activity. We configure analytics to exclude the contents of consultation form entries and unrelated information in page URL query parameters. Limited advertising click identifiers may be retained to connect a website visit with the ad that brought the visitor here. We may measure that a consultation request was completed without sending its contents to Google Analytics. We do not use this analytics setup for advertising personalization. Advertising measurement and call tracking
We may use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads to a consultation request or phone call. Ads and visits from ads may display a Google forwarding number that connects to the firm. Google may process call details, such as the caller’s phone number when available, call time, duration, and connection status, together with advertising and device information. This call tracking does not record call audio. Advertising measurement may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send consultation form contents to Google for this measurement or use this setup for personalized advertising. Learn more in the Google privacy policy.
Security and questions about your information
No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Please call the firm instead of using the general consultation form to discuss confidential information or urgent deadlines. Contact the office if you have questions about information you submitted or would like to request a correction or deletion. The firm may need to retain information to meet its professional or legal obligations.
