Blair’s office is in downtown Bemidji, close to the courts and the communities the firm has served since 2001. The practice handles local criminal, DWI, firearm, and serious felony matters filed in Beltrami County.

Blair has been admitted in Minnesota since 1996. Some cases outside the immediate region may be accepted depending on the matter and venue.
Blair has held active North Dakota admission since 1997. Availability for a North Dakota matter must be confirmed with the office.
Matters involving Tribal Nations, federal courts, and overlapping state authority can turn on the location, people, and alleged offense. Blair is admitted in the U.S. District Court for Minnesota and has experience with matters involving Native communities in Northern Minnesota.
